Some Bad Comes to Disney Infinity

Today, Disney Infinity just got a little villainous with the release of Yondu, Green Goblin, and Ronan. Here's a little more info about one of the best villains of all time, Green Goblin, and how he plays in Disney Infinity.

Green Goblin plays much like Venom, Groot, and Hulk. He's a large, heavy character who stomps the ground when he walks. Goblin's initial attacks include punches, a ground pound, and his pumpkin bombs. The pumpkin bombs stick to the environment if not hitting a target. Otherwise, if aimed at a target, they explode upon contact. These can eventually be upgraded to bolas. His electric glove attack is also available as an upgrade, as well as increased speed, increased damage with his air assault, and increased leaping. The effects that go with each attack, namely green lightning, look great and really capture this version of Goblin. He's also a chatty fellow with lots to say.

The Green Goblin figure looks wonderful! The pose is dynamic, the paint job is well done, and the sculpt is amazing. If an army of these little guys came after me, I'd be afraid! He stands up well amongst Spider-Man and Venom. I was hoping that when played in the Spider-Man playset, new missions would be available. However, this was not the case. I'm hoping this is just a fluke and perhaps, in time, missions will appear. The biggest thing that is missing, or I've just overlooked it, is his goblin glider! Now how can you have a goblin without his glider? Hmm.

Goblin is great fun to play with the Disney power discs! For instance, Goblin with Kitten Fists. Now that's spectacular! I can't wait for the other villains to be released. Now go and wreak havoc in the Pride Lands, or better yet, a Small World!
