Summer Sun Sets on Phineas & Ferb

Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Phineas & Ferb, the amazing show that celebrates summer, fun, creativity, and invention, is coming to an end. That's right, the sun is setting on the summer that just wouldn't end. 

"Preparing for that final day of vacation, there will be a 73-hour marathon of Phineas and Ferb beginning Tuesday, June 9 at 8 p.m. ET, with the finale episode, “Last Day of Summer,” airing Friday, June 12 at 9 p.m. ET on both Disney XD and Disney Channel."

Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swamy" Marsh are moving to a new show though. It's called Mikey's Murphy Law. The new show "will follow the fictional great-great-great-great-grandson of the Murphy’s Law namesake." I'm sure the show will be wonderful! Povenmire and Marsh are two of the most trusted names in animation, with fun and relatable characters. Who doesn't have a Candace, Ferb, or Isabella in their own lives? We fell in love with the smart writing, hilarious visual gags, breaking the fourth wall, and being all around fun and inspirational!

Though it's sad to see the summer come to an end, we'll count down to the end of summer with Phineas and Ferb. We'll talk about our favorite episodes, songs, characters, and more!
